The Clubhouse

This package is built for players who like to start with a bigger balance. It runs over three top-ups, and each step adds bonus money and spins:

Each step needs a deposit of at least A$30 and has a 40x wagering requirement. The bonus stays valid for 7 days, and the spins land on Diamonds Power: Hold & Win. On the first step the 100 spins arrive in parts over five days, so there is something waiting for you each time you log in.

No code is needed for the standard package. Here is how to claim it:

1. Step 1Complete registration as a new member.
2. Step 2Make a real-money deposit of A$30 or more.
3. Step 3Your bonus is credited automatically.
4. Step 4Pick a game and start playing.

While a bonus is active, the largest bet you can place is A$8, and a withdrawal opens only after the wagering is done. High-stakes players can choose the VIP Welcome Package instead: codes VIP1, VIP2 and VIP3 on deposits from A$500 bring 150%, 125% and 100% matches with 150, 125 and 100 spins on Elvis Frog Trueways.

After the welcome period the calendar keeps going. Monday gives 5% cashback on our Games of the Month. Tuesday brings a 20% reload with code RELOAD, and Wednesday adds 10 free spins on every deposit with code FREESPINS, up to 150 in a day. Thursday hosts a free spins tournament, Friday has a 20% refill with code REFILL on your first five deposits, Saturday rewards your bets on the Games of the Month with spins, and Sunday pays 15 to 50 spins on Book of Dead depending on what you top up, from A$30 to A$150. Our loyalty programme runs alongside all of these offers, so regular players collect points on every one of them. Weekly codes are entered at the moment you deposit, and each one works under its own terms, listed on the casino promotions page.

The Clubhouse is a brand of Dama N.V., registered in Curaçao. We opened the doors in 2019 and have grown into a place where people from more than 40 countries play, with Australia among them. Menu sections are simple: Casino, Live Casino, Tournaments, Promotions, Loyalty and Refer a Friend.

Members of The Clubhouse Casino earn Club Points as they play: one point for every A$45 staked on slots, and live tables count too. Bonus bets add points at half the rate of real money. The more points you collect, the higher you climb through 15 levels, from Member and Ruby up to Platinum+, with VIP status by invitation. From Bronze upwards you also get weekly cashback, rising from 3% to 7%, and every level gets a birthday surprise.

Each level comes with its own prize. Member brings 5 spins, Member+ adds 10 and Ruby gives 40, while the higher levels pair spins with a bonus, up to 200 spins at the top. Players invited to VIP receive 8% weekly cashback and higher withdrawal limits.

Keeping your account safe is part of how we run our online casino. We run AML and KYC checks, and inside your profile you can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a cool-off break for up to 30 days or choose self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect instantly.

Customer support is available through live chat 24/7. If a payment, a bonus or a game round needs explaining, our support team picks it up at any hour, Australian time or not. Questions about the casino, its rules or your account all go to the same chat, so you never have to look for a separate contact.

Your account runs in AUD, and the cashier also accepts BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, USDT and BCH. Payment methods depend on your country, so the cashier only shows the options that work for Australian players when you sign in. Each method also displays its own limits per transaction, so you see the range before you pay.

Methods listed in our banking section include:

• Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
• Neteller, Skrill, MuchBetter, Mifinity and EcoPayz
• Paysafecard and Astropay
• crypto through Coinspaid, inside the same casino cashier

Every deposit lands instantly, and we charge no fees for paying in or cashing out. Your bank or wallet provider may apply its own charges, so check their terms.

The usual Clubhouse casino withdrawal time depends on how you are paid. E-wallets and crypto are marked as instant in our cashier, while Visa and Mastercard payouts take 3–5 days. Before the first payout we ask you to complete verification in the Verify Identity section and upload your documents, which protects your account and your winnings.

Keep in mind that a withdrawal is not possible while a bonus is still being wagered. If you want firm control over spending, set deposit limits in your profile — they work on desktop and mobile alike.

We do not publish a native app in Google Play or the App Store. Instead, the whole casino runs in a mobile browser, and you keep one account, one balance and the same bonus whichever device you pick.

On Android, open the site in Chrome and log in. On an iPhone or iPad with iOS, use Safari. Our site supports adding an icon to your home screen, so you can tap it like an app and land straight on the lobby without typing the address.

Everything you play on a laptop is there on the phone: pokies, live tables, the cashier and the promotions page. Live chat support works on the phone as well, which helps when you are mid-session and need an answer fast. Players who prefer a bigger screen can switch to a laptop at any time and find the casino exactly where they left it.
